This Mediterranean red varietal, the most cultivated grape in the world, produces excellent red wines which benefit from its oily and sensual tannins, achieving an impressive power and expression. The grapes for this Garnacha come from 40-year-old vines grown in the lime-based soil. The grapes are harvested and selected at the peak of maturity, followed by temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
This wine is ideally served at room temperature with a large variety of foods, especially with red meats and all types of cheeses.
