The grapes of this particular wine come from a 60-year-old vineyard in the Mauletal, which is traditionally cultivated without artificial irrigation. They are carefully handpicked and dried for 2 months under the roof of the old colonial house. They must obtained from selected berries matured in barrique for more than 12 months.
This golden yellow wine features an expressive bouquet of citrus fruits, grapefruit and pear juice with soft notes of ripe apricots and roses. An elegant wine that tastes of candied orange peel and rose petals. Best served as an aperitif with liver goose paté, or as a dessert with aged cheese or biscuits.
