The Anghelos of Tenuta De Angelis was one of the first wines produced in the territory of Offida - geographic and oenological heart of Piceno - to combine the traditional red vineyards of the area, montepulciano and sangiovose, with cabernet sauvignon. a fair balance between typicity and elegance. 

UREE USED: Montepulciano 70%, Cabernet Souvignon 25%, Sangiovese 5% 

LANDSCAPES: Medium clayey pitch between 200 and 350 meters altitude in the town of Offida. 

VINIFICATION: Traditional with peeling maceration for 15-20 days in steel silos. 

REFINEMENT: In barriques for 12-15 months then in bottle for about 9 months. 

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Dark and concentrated dress with violet, scent rich in hints of black cherry, black fruits and spicy notes. 

GASTRONOMIC CONDITIONS: Matches red and game meat, Campofilone macaroni, Serve at temperatures not lower than 18 °. 

ALCOHOL GRADATION: 14 °
